Setting Events
There is a smart notification feature at Contacts First, which keeps you alerted about essential issues to be addressed based on priority. The Events calendar will remind you about all the important engagements for the day.

You can custom create events to mark important occasions. There must be a lot of specific events to be noted as the project progresses, say for example a meeting with the client. Contacts First provides you an option to add events for each contact.

Events can be categorized based on duration (full day), related to whom (client / employee) or as general. Event type can be selected as personal or global. There is also a space to add remarks.
