You can easily create events to mark all important occasions. There can surely be many events related to a project, say for example a meeting with the client. At Plan First, you have an option to add events for each contact.
Events can be categorized for duration (as full day or so), related to whom (client / employee) or general. Event type can also be selected as personal or global. There is also a space for adding remarks.
