Issue Management
Organizations face a number of issues day in and day out and proper management of these issues decides its success and fate. This is very much true in case of individual project management too. The intensity of issues to be handled may vary from simple to complex. Let the issue be of any degree, Plan First can aid you in effective conflict management in projects.
Adding Issues
Whenever you spot an issue which can affect the progress of your project, you can right away create a new 'issue' at Plan First. The 'Status' option will allow you to enter the updated status of the issue such as open, closed, on hold, in progress, or unknown etc. at each phase. The priority of the issue can be custom set as low, medium, or high. There is an option to assign it to a particular person and set due date. A brief description can also be added about the issue for future reference.
